Is there any way we can get a community theatre or arts space? I have already noticed local dance and theatre groups (kids and adults) that struggle to find a place to perform and need to perform inland or downtown at inconvenient times. They often have to compete for high school auditoriums with less than ideal conditions. It would be great if the north county coastal community had some type of community theatre space available for local performance groups to take advantage of. I think this would benefit the entire community. Not only would we encourage more local talent, but we might also benefit from visits from performers from other places.
