it is important not to reduce parking requirements, parking is already a concern.

there is no view ordinance so height limits are a concern for existing view corridors.

there is limited short term rental restrictions and if mixed use becomes the norm it is important that any new dwellings do not become un-restricted swinging doors.

I agree with you! Let's keep the fair and race traffic, crowds, and revelry in Del Mar and Solana Beach . . . The Del Martians need someplace to escape to Wink

Also, I wanted to comment that the Patagonia building is being held up as an example in various contexts. I don't think it is particularly attractive and I wouldn't be interested in seeing a row of such buildings. It looks out of place in Cardiff.
